Following an initial assessment we will identify the cause and source of the pain, treat and prescribe exercises to alleviate pain and restore the body in order to return to a level of performance.

Treatment for any maintenance work needed. Relief for any ongoing pain, work related mobility issues or sports performance discomfort. Using a varied array of techniques, this 30min massage will be adequate for smaller areas.

If you’re dealing with chronic muscle tension or targeting specific knots and tightness, deep tissue massage is the choice. It focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue to release tension and improve mobility.
